Community Pasture Eligibility Requirements

To ensure herd safety and health in group housing, horses must meet all criteria below prior to placement:

  • Behavioral Compatibility: Must display non-aggressive herd behavior and pass a trial introduction

  • No Rear Shoes: Hind shoes are strictly prohibited in community turnouts for herd safety

  • Metabolic & Health Profile: Not suitable for metabolic horses (EMS/IR/PPID) due to seasonal pasture grazing or any required daily medications. Hard keepers requiring customized individual feed management must reside in private housing.

Ranch Policies & Terms

Board fees are billed on the 1st of each month.

A 30-day written notice is required prior to terminating a boarding agreement.

Arena lighting and ride times are subject to standard posted barn hours to ensure equine rest and neighbor courtesy.

Vaccinations and active deworming schedules must remain current.
